Consistently a top-tier producer throughout his real estate career, Johnson has capitalized on his extensive business background prior to real estate along with his impressive academic credentials which include a BS in Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from UCI. An innate entrepreneurial nature, combined with his extraordinary professional experience, interpersonal skills and work ethic, have enabled Mike to achieve an extraordinary sales record in this competitive coastal market. A stand-out in the industry since he began his real estate career more than 18 years ago, Johnson’s logical and analytical insight have helped him to position his clients advantageously against the competition; a valuable edge with winning results. Mike is a past President of the Laguna Board of Realtors and 2017’s Realtor of the Year. He is also a State Director for the California Association of Realtors and has served as the Chair of C.A.R. Region 32 (south Orange County). Mike is a founding member of Agents for Art, serves as a trustee for the Laguna Art Museum, is a member of the Compass Agent Advisory Council and the Compass Orange County Luxury Council. Additionally, Johnson and his partners have raised more than $150,000 for the Laguna Food Pantry. Mike has participated in more than $1.5 billion in successful transactions including more than $550 million since 2020.
